Purchases

Prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable taxes shown at checkout. Payment is taken by our payment provider on their secure hosted page; card details never touch this site.

• Physical items ship within the time shown on the product page. Delivery estimates aren’t guarantees.
• Digital items (eBooks, audiobooks, printables) are delivered by email or download link straight after payment, and are licensed to you under the EULA.

Refunds

Physical items can be returned unused within 30 days for a refund. Digital items can be refunded within 30 days if you’re not happy; just email us. Signed and dedicated copies can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Intellectual property

All writing, images and design on this site belong to Ivy Writerly unless credited otherwise. Book covers are used with permission of their designers.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
